033 – Where There’s Wills There’s a Way

Tonight I’m very happy to be heading to Essex in the South East of England to talk to so good they named him twice Will Wilson @WillWilson100

First we hear about Will’s background growing up on a small arable farm in Suffolk, before his move to Essex with his new wife Zoe.

We discuss his decision to study food marketing and agricultural studies at Reading University, and what he learned from that course, before hearing about his adventures whilst travelling in Australia, including driving dumper trucks in a lithium mine – THE GREATEST JOB IN THE WORLD.

We also talk about his love/ hate relationship with Agriculture, and how that leads to him thinking about farming issues in a slightly different way, which can lead to interesting perspectives.

We hear about his 2 years doing 4 different 6 month placements on the Management Development Scheme, and the range of experiences he had during this time.

We then discuss his present employer Bock-Uk.com and what he does there, how he came to be their first employer, and what’s sets Bock Silage Clamps apart from the competition.

WE ALSO HEAR HOW HE NEARLY JOINED THE CIRQUE D’SOLEIL AND SPENT AN EVENING WITH MODELS ON A SUPER YACHT!!

All this and much more. Do not miss this one folks!
